Congratulations are in order for Gogo Maweni and her husband Sabelo Mgube as they welcome two new additions to their family.

The popular sangoma and reality TV star already has three children — her firstborn son from her previous relationship with an American man, her second son with actor Sthembiso Khoza and a third with former soccer star Siyabonga Zulu.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the dotting parents shared images from the hospital room, revealing they were born ten days ago.

“Ten days ago, our love as well as our bond got a whole lot stronger,” they captioned the post.

Gogo Maweni, whose real name is Makhotso Lee-Anne Mofokeng, might be in good spirits now after giving birth, but she still has a court date looming.

She faces a charge of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm for an alleged incident on December 18 2019.

Her legal team recently presented medical documents to say she had been in and out of hospital with the problematic pregnancy of her twins.

The case was postponed to October 15 to allow Gogo Maweni to give birth and recover after her pregnancy; her doctor instructed her to rest and not travel.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Gogo Maweni said: “I feel great because, honestly, I wanted to keep the pregnancy a secret, but unfortunately I got arrested and it came out that I was pregnant. I wasn't going to tell anyone until the babies were born and I know people were going to end up thinking that it's a surrogacy and whatever, which is fine. But at least now I can continue and make sure they come to this beautiful earth healthy, so I'm very grateful.”
