Reality TV star and Diamond and Dolls producer Tebogo Ramokgadi has taken the phrase “birthday month” to new heights, jet-setting across Southeast Asia in first class while still hard at work filming content for his upcoming documentary.
Ramokgadi, best known for his larger-than-life personality and bold presence on-screen, spent his birthday month in Thailand, visiting four exotic islands including the iconic James Bond Island and the picturesque Phi Phi Islands. “Thailand is now like a second home to me,” Ramokgadi told TshisaLIVE. “I love it here, it is so peaceful, so much serenity. I also prayed a lot while at the Phi Phi caves. The country is so sacred.”

While soaking up the island life, the star continued production on the highly anticipated new Diamond and Dolls series. But it wasn’t all work — Ramokgadi was also making connections with local dignitaries in Thailand. “After they realised that I’m a reality TV star in South Africa, they treated me like gold, asking to see more from my show and even showing interest in future collaborations,” he said.
Not one to slow down, Ramokgadi is now in Singapore for a brief four-day visit before heading back to South Africa. Once home, production will kick off immediately on a brand-new reality series. “As soon as I land in South Africa, it will be filming. When the show is ready, you will be the first to know,” he promised.
Looks like there’s no rest for the fabulous and Ramokgadi wouldn't have it any other way.
