As winter loosens its chilly grip, Metro FM is turning up the heat with the return of its high-energy wellness experience, Fitness on the Beat. The second edition of the event takes place this Saturday at the Mall of Africa in Midrand and promises to be bigger, bolder and sweatier than before.
This vibrant health and fitness experience brings together fans, fitness enthusiasts and personalities for a morning packed with fun workouts, music and community vibes. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking for motivation to start moving, this event is designed to inspire everyone to live a healthier lifestyle.
Listeners can tune into Metro FM’s popular Weekend Breakfast Sounds Good show hosted by Somizi Mhlongo, Zola Mhlongo and Andile Ncube as they broadcast live from the event. Expect laughter, interviews with special guests, and updates from the workout floor all served with Metro FM’s signature energy and flair.
Metro FM business manager Kina Nhlengethwa shared her excitement about the initiative.
