Soulful singer-songwriter Langa Mavuso is ready to bare it all with the release of his upcoming album Therapy (The Other Side), set to drop on October 3.

Taking to social media, the Sunday Blues hit maker described the project as “a collection of letters to myself”, promising fans an emotionally rich and introspective journey through themes of loss, exploration, healing and seeking.

“This album is my form of therapy, a space where I sat with every version of myself — the lost boy, the seeker, the healer, the believer,” he shared. “Each track is a page torn from my soul, a confession, a memory, a prayer.”

Pre-orders for the album open on September 19, and Langa is inviting fans to walk alongside him on this vulnerable new chapter.

With Therapy (The Other Side), Langa ushers in what he calls “a fresh, youthful era”, where music becomes more than just sound. It's a mirror to the emotions, fears and hopes of a generation. Expect intentional collaborations, expressive fashion moments and intimate live performances that bring the world of Therapy to life.
