An Alfa Romeo MiTo and 156 GTA, as well as various test cars from manufacturers.

Does your car have a name?

My Fiat 500 1957 is called Luigi, the freewheeling garage owner in the movie "Cars".

What does your odometer read?

If it is like me, "F1 Racing" magazine.

What do you like about your car?

It's an Alfa and it's sexy.

What would your ultimate car be, if budget was no issue?

Phew ... I reckon the Ferrari Enzo.

What's the fastest you have ever driven?

305km/h.

What is the worst thing you have ever done while driving?

I suppose, sending text messages. It's stupid.

Do you consider yourself a good driver?

Yes, I have done nine advanced driving courses.

What was your first car?

An Alfa Guilietta 2.0 ti.

What's the furthest you've driven without stopping?

I drive until the petrol or my cigarettes run out.

What's playing on your CD shuttle?

The new Faithless CD.

Do you sing and dance along in your car?

No, I change the music every 20 seconds.

Would you drive a hybrid if they were more easily available?

Only the 599 GTH.

How do you reduce your contribution to global warming?

I don't own any cows so there's no farting. I think that helps.

Have you avoided a fine?

Yes. I was sensible and calm and the traffic police were kind in return.

What gives you road rage?

Incompetent drivers. Taxis may be a curse, but most are not bad drivers. They are just in more of a rush than most.

If you were to customise your licence plate, what would it say?

I have one, 'F1Man', but I never use it.

What is the coolest car in a movie?

Phew. I reckon the Bond cars spring to mind.

What is the strangest thing you have ever seen someone doing in traffic?

Watching a lady on her mobile applying make-up and having a cup of coffee. She did well.
