AKEDO

Cut outs, lace-ups, abstract shapes... interesting details took this collection to the next level.

AFI FASTRACK

AFI (Africa Fashion International) runs a programme to mentor young individuals with a unique design talent. Nine designers from different design schools on the African continent took part in the resulting runway show. Here are some of the top looks...

Chesney Day Williams:

Sibusiso 'Buda' Malete:

Nhlanhla Timothy Mesemola:

AUGUSTINE

Augustine showcased a structured collection that was monochromatic in colour.

SELFI

This collection was all about fun prints in multicoloured hues.

LEIGH SCHUBERT

From fitted to A-line, there was a dress to flatter every feminine figure in Schubert’s collection. The palette of grey, electric blue, yellow and black included some striking geometric prints.

GRAPEVINE

The outfits featuring bold black-and-white geometric prints were the standout looks in this feminine collection.

TSOTETSI KL

Lively models strutting the runway in bold, bright colours were followed by zombie-like models in neutral hues. Some may call this art, but it wasn't one of our favourite artsy moments.

SCALO

Our top looks from Scalo's collection were this wintery quilted jacket for men and woollen ladies' dress.

CARDUCCI

Fifty shades of blue best sums up Carducci's range which had a formal feel and included trench coats, blazers, suit pants and scarves.
