There was much a-hoot about nothing as the Eastern Cape’s first Hooters restaurant opened in Walmer‚ Port Elizabeth‚ at the weekend‚ ruffling a few feathers on social media. The raunchy franchise had people’s tongues wagging on Facebook‚ while the stakeholders laughed all the way to the bank following a packed opening on Saturday night.
