A 26-year-old man was in a critical condition after being crushed between a forklift and a truck in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, paramedics said.
Netcare 911 spokesman Shawn Herbst said the incident happened in an industrial area in Bredell on Wednesday.
He was stabilised at the scene and transported to hospital by helicopter.
