RECORDED | D-day for Ramaphosa as court delivers judgment on bid to halt impeachment

The Western Cape High Court will on Friday deliver judgment on President Cyril Ramaphosa’s bid to halt his impeachment.

If the court does not grant the interdict, Ramaphosa will have to face parliament’s section 89 impeachment committee and answer to it regarding the 2020 theft of $580,000 (about R9.7m) from his Phala Phala game farm in Limpopo.
