4 beauty essentials for your gym bag

1. DRY SHAMPOO 

A few blasts of dry shampoo to the roots will prevent hair looking stringy and greasy from sweat. Try: Colab Dry Shampoo Original, R80 for 200ml.

2. HAND CREAM AND HAND SANITIZER

Avoid picking up bacteria from equipment and prevent calluses from weights by using a sanitizer and hand cream after every session. Try: Crabtree & Evelyn Goatmilk & Oat Soothing Hand Therapy, R350 for 100ml.

3. MICELLAR WATER
