We are tired of premeditated stars & stars who emulate whiteness- Ntsiki Mazwai
As musician and TV host Ntsiki Mazwai found herself in the headlines again for her comments on Mzansi's it girls, the star has come out to claim that SA does not need premeditated stars and those "held up" by PR.
Ntsiki had the internet in a huff recently when she told her followers that she was not sure what media darling Bonang Matheba's talent is.
Returning to Twitter on Monday evening she addressed the debate her comments caused and preached a sermon of how the way we see celebs need to change. She also called for an end to "stars who emulate whiteness".

We are tired of black faces backed by white capital being called black excellence

She called for the people to decide on who they wanted as stars and not give into the "propaganda" that led to "the black child" losing focus on what is important.
"It is part of the propaganda to get the black child focused on a false sense of black excellence. Black excellence shall be chosen by the people. We don't care who your media darlings are."
