The DA built unenclosed open air toilets in Khayelitsha and later erected rudimentary walls. Then the ANCYL broke down the structures in protest .
Now, the DA has removed them, leaving residents with no toilets at all. What is the actual difference between the DA and the ANCYL? Do we really need politicians?
