I suppose the ANC can pull out records from before 2010 telling Gauteng citizens of imminent e-tolling. Can we have similar old records about hospital improvements, promises of good education for all, even about potable water?
Only e-tolling is becoming a reality. This is not a good record of doing as promised. I guess the reason is that only e-tolling was profitable to the government and its cronies.
Until details of the deal are clear, I will not pay e-tolls.
