Zulu loses penis to hyena following witchdoctor's advice

Chamangeni Zulu of Njenjewa Village in Chief Mulonyeni’s area in Malawi lost his penis and three toes after following a witchdoctor’s instructions in the bush in Chipata, according to a report.

Zulu told The Times of Zambia how he followed the witchdoctor's advice from his bed in Ward B of Chipata General Hospital.

“I came from Malawi and when I arrived in Chipata I met some business persons who told me that the best way to become rich was to sacrifice parts of my body.

“On 24th March, 2014 around 04:00 hours, I went to a bush where I was instructed to be naked and a hyena came to me and started eating my toes and eventually my manhood was eaten,” Zulu said.

According to Zulu, the witchdoctor didn't tell him which body parts would be lost, but did say he would encounter a hyena.

The newspaper reports that Zulu's condition is stable, despite the missing body parts.
