Prophet rapes woman during prayers to 'heal her stomach'

A Twelve Apostolic Church prophet in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, raped a married woman under the pretext of healing her stomach ailment.

According to myzimbabwe.co.zw, the 23-year-old woman said that the prophet, who is her neighbour, came to her house to pray over her stomach problem. He told her to strip naked before smearing mud all over her body.

He then raped her, indicating that when she reached climax during the sexual act her ailment would be healed.

The 32-old prophet appeared before Bulawayo Regional Court magistrate Sikhumbuzo Nyathi on charges of rape.
