'I'm making a switch': Huawei fans sold after P30 series launch

The South African launch of the Huawei P30 series took place at the Kyalami International Convention Centre in Johannesburg on Wednesday night, thrusting the brand onto the Twitter trends list as features of the phones were shared.

The series includes the P30 Lite, P30 and P30 Pro, which retail for between R5,999 to R18, 999.

The series boasts features including a 32 megapixel front camera; Leica quad camera, which includes a super-zoom lens; a 40 megapixel super-sensing camera, and a slim, stylish design. 

Loyalists to the brand took to Twitter to share their excitement, with other folks saying they were ready to make the switch to one of the new models.
