Have opposition parties failed South Africa?

ANC leaders talk about being a revolutionary government when in actual fact the revolution is done now they need to go about delivering on promises that the revolution made. Is the opposition also failing the people by focusing on blaming the ANC for all that has gone wrong the past 15 years, without actually providing solutions?
