Shaun Russouw, the man who runs the Durban Teazers strip club, claims Teazers boss Lolly Jackson had two wills.

Jackson's widow, Demi, inherited most of his estate and on Friday won a court battle giving Russouw until the end of the month to vacate the premises, The Star reported.

Russouw told the newspaper that Jackson had a second will in his office which would indicate that he left the Durban business to him. He said the will was witnessed by his personal assistant.

"He told me I would get the [Durban] building, the [Durban] business and his green Lamborghini," he said.

"Lolly said if anything happened to me he would take care of my wife and children. He said if anything happened to him, I would carry on with the business and I would get the building and one of his cars," Russouw said.

Durban High Court Acting Judge Maurice Pillemer found in his judgment that any deal between the men had been personal and criticised Russouw for not "setting out the full facts" regarding their partnership, The Star reported.

Jackson, the owner of the Teazers franchise of strip clubs, was shot dead at a house in Edleen near the OR Tambo International Airport on May 3, 2010.
