Is Rand Water safe? Not with fools at the taps

Yesterday's front page story, "Is Rand Water safe?", refers.

It is amazing how incompetent ministers are promoted from one department to another after failing the taxpayers, instead of being fired. Here we have another example.

The former premier of Gauteng is now the minister of water affairs despite having absolutely no prior experience in water affairs. No wonder the country is on a slippery slope.

Will the previous minister of water affairs be called to account for the mess that was left behind?
