Commercial Crime Unit officer stabbed to death on N2 highway

A 50-year-old Warrant Officer stationed at the Commercial Crime Unit was attacked on the N2 highway in Cape Town.

The officer succumbed to the injuries sustained, according to a www.arrivealive.co.za report.

An investigation is underway as to the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A murder case was opened for investigation and the suspect/s are still at large.

A call out was made that anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the investigation officer Detective Captain Kenneth Speed on 082 411 2127, their nearest police station or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
