Helicopter makes crash landing near Stellenbosch

Two occupants of a helicopter have had a narrow escape after being forced to make a crash landing on a golf estate near Stellenbosch in the Western Cape‚ Netcare 911 confirmed.

“When we arrived we found that the helicopter obviously had a bit of a hard landing. The few occupants that were inside got out totally uninjured‚” said Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha.

The cause of the crash was being investigated by authorities‚ he added.
