Net a joke: SA’s suspended internet boss in line for top Africa post

The suspended CEO of SA’s internet regulator, Vika Mpisane, under whose watch R10m is said to have disappeared, has been nominated to serve on the board of Africa’s regional internet authority.

But while his nomination has sparked outrage, Mpisane said he was advised not to comment before his disciplinary hearing had been concluded.
