Actually, blacks experience less racism than whites, IRR survey finds
According to the IRR very few people experience racism, in comparison to their white counterparts.

An opinion poll conducted by the Institute for Race Relations (IRR) suggests that more white people have experienced personal racism than black people since 1994.
What's more, most black participants said they would rather have jobs than land reform.
