Man goes to hospital for tummy ache, doctors tell him he is menstruating

A 44-year-old Chinese man went to the doctor complaining of a stomach ache only to discover that he has a full female reproductive system.

The married man, Mr Chen from Zhejiang province, was shocked when doctors told him that his stomach ache and the blood in his urine was actually because he was experiencing his menstrual cycle and had been a woman all along.

He also has a penis and told doctors he has had an active sex life with his wife of ten years. They found that his genitals were different from other men and he had no Adam’s apple, reported Mail Online.

Mr Chen knew something was wrong with him as he often found himself fatigued and constantly had blood in his urine. A CT scan taken at the hospital showed that he had ovaries and a uterus in addition to male genitals.
