Watch: Woman hits boyfriend with car allegedly after finding out he is HIV-positive

The incident was captured on surveillance video in Phoenix, US. It shows a Mustang slamming into a cyclist and sending him airbourne over the vehicle and onto the pavement.

The injured man gets up and stumbles around after the driver leaves the scene.

A source alleges that the woman, Misty Lee Wilke, was the man's girlfriend, and had just found out he is HIV-positive. A Maricopa County grand jury indicted Wilke on charges including: attempting to commit second-degree murder, leaving the scene and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Wilke is reportedly pleading not guilty.
