In the developing world of military drones, here comes one that follows action sports and tracks your every move .

Designed by US-based Helico Aerospace Industries, the world's first "auto-follow action sports" drone can track different sports - including surfing, motocross, wakeboarding and skateboarding.

Called Airdog, it can be fitted with a camera to capture high-definition footage. It is linked to a wrist controller worn by its owners so it knows exactly where they are.

It has a flight time of up to 15 minutes, and can reach a top speed of 64km/h .

It can take off and land automatically, according to reports.

"For sports enthusiasts, this is a great technology to closely see their favourite players in action," the developers were quoted as saying.
