3. MICELLAR WATER

Prevent skin becoming clogged by sweat and the day's makeup by removing makeup with some micellar water before breaking a sweat. Try: Avene Eau Thermale Micellar Lotion, R220 for 200ml.

4. FACIAL MIST

Refresh the skin with a hydrating misting of thermal water to promote radiance and moisture. Try: Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, R190 for 300ml.
