1. BEAR HUG
Forget fur. Coats that are big, cosy and plush-textured will be your new partner in crime come cold winter days. Join the faux-fur revolution and take your pick from a variety of colours, lengths and textures. Whatever you choose, this snuggle-ready coat is sure to make a statement.
2. A TOUCH OF SLOUCH
Boots with a slight slouch and nonchalance are the new go-to footwear this season. Put your sock boots aside for this '80s-reminiscent style in statement prints and versatile winter colours. For maximum sartorial effect, wear under a skirt or dress and top with a long coat.
3. LIFE ON THE PRAIRIE
High necklines, long puffed sleeves, ruffle details and vintage-inspired florals and prints are still having a moment with the latest incarnation of the prairie dress. This retro Western-meets-Victorian dress is updated with lace, pleats and a touch of dramatic volume.
