Diski Diva's abusive ex dishes on attempted suicide, theft and broken relationships

Damning accusations have been levelled against a Diski Diva cast by her ex-husband.

Themba Msiza was married to Nonhle Ndala, a reality show TV star who is now pregnant and engaged to former Orlando Pirates player Andile Jali.

Msiza and Ndala's marriage has come under the spotlight after an interview with Drum magazine in which Ndala said she was physically abused by her ex-husband. An image of Ndala's heavily bruised face accompanied the story.

Now Msiza has blasted his ex in the latest issue of Drum, saying he punched her in the face after an altercation which led to him breaking his hand.

Msiza adds that throughout their union, Ndala would spent nights out in hotels with foreign men and was unruly.

Msiza accuses Ndala of having stolen from him, being an absent mother as their daughter lives with him and having attempted suicide by swallowing pills.

"..I saved her. I did it for my daughter. We were separated but when I was called, I rushed her to hospital," he said.

Msiza explains that Ndala is also not on speaking terms with any of her family.

"She doesn't speak to her mother or anyone in her family because of the kind of person she is," he said.

When contacted by the magazine, Ndala "vehemently denied" all the allegations.

Ndala was involved in a cat fight with two fired Diski Divas castmates. She has been fingered as having an attitude and of purposefully being rude and malicious to the other cast members, going as far as saying they are not on her level.

Participants of the celebrity edition of Bootcamp where Ndala was the host, complained that she had a chip on her shoulder and had something against them.
