Celebs take to social media to celebrate Africa Day

It's Africa Day, and heartwarming tributes to the second largest continent are flooding social media feeds everywhere.

To mark the formation of the African Union (AU), previously known as the Organisation of African Unity (PAU), May 25 is celebrated as Africa Day.

Celebrities took to social media on Wednesday morning to celebrate the day, spreading messages of African pride, unity and culture.
