The first guests on the show included the sidesplitting Trevor Gumbi and Kagiso Lediga - who opened up about their new drama-comedy show, Sober Companion.
The show covers various topics such as news, entertainment, family, health, technology, finance and trends.
"Real Talk is an exciting contrast between famous and fresh faces, news and opinion, fact and fun," said a statement from SABC.
The show airs on weekdays at 4pm on SABC 3.
