Zoleka Mandela has always been open about her battle against cancer and in her quest to educate women on the disease, she has bravely being sharing intimate moments of her battle.
In May Zoleka revealed that she had again being diagnosed with breast cancer, news that she said was 'completely shattering.'
But she has been giving fans an intimate look at her fight against the disease. From hair loss to menopause, Zoleka has detailed what it is like to go through chemotherapy.
"It's strange, you'll lose the hair on your head but gain hair on your face and never mind the hot flashes, mood swings, low sex drive, insomnia, vaginal dryness, sleeping problems, losing control of the bladder, depression, urinary tract infections, skin changes which are all symptoms of Menopause. They're all manageable, I swear!," she wrote on Instagram.
