Introducing Wayde van Niekerk's 'blesser'
Sorry ladies, it appears Wayde van Niekerk is a taken man...by his "blesser."
The Olympic gold medallist has, on several occasions, posted pictures of his longtime girlfriend of more than three years, Chesney Campbell, on Instagram.
And if those snaps are anything to go by, then the two are head over heels in love with each other.
In one post, Wayde goes as far as labelling Chesney as his "blesser," after pointing out that she holds him down.
This appears on the same post, which has a beautiful message alongside a snap of Chesney.
"I don’t know where you come from, but you everywhere I go, I don’t know why you chose me, but as long as you’re here, I don’t need to know. So don’t go," the message reads.
According to a City Press report, Wayde and Chesney met at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein three years ago.
She is now a junior lecturer and is studying towards a master’s degree in sociology.
