It's been five weeks since SA-born muso Connell Cruise got hitched, and the star continues to relish the special day.
Connel shocked fan last month when he took to Instagram to announce that he had got married to his fiancée Sarah while in New York.
"I know I've been real quiet lately, I'm sorry if I've worried some of you! It's only because these last few weeks have flown by like a whirlwind and I wanted to live every moment of them through my own eyes rather than through a screen. I want to share something wonderful with you. Last year I met the most amazing woman. I realized I couldn't live without her. I asked her, she said yes, and a few days ago we married in New York City," he wrote to fans.
He later took to Twitter to reveal that he loved everything about being married.
And it seems that, despite being apart, Connel and his bride are still very much in the honeymoon phase.So far, I have to say I love everything about being Married. Thanks for all the lovely messages and wishes! <3

Connel is back on tour in SA and took to Instagram on Thursday to post a cute picture of the pair dancing, alongside a sweet poem by E.E. Cummings.
"I carry your heart with me (I carry it in my heart). I am never without it (anywhere I go you go, my dear; and whatever is done by only me is your doing, my darling). I fear no fate (for you are my fate, my sweet). I want no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true). And it’s you are whatever a moon has always meant and whatever a sun will always sing is you," the poem read in part.
