Connie and Shona are one of the most successful celebrity couples who have built a legacy for themselves. 

The bond they share is #goals on a whole new level. 

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Connie shared a collage of pictures and the sweetest note to her man. 

"Thank you for keeping your promise to me and our girls. Thank you for loving me consistently without wavering. Thank you for always being there and only giving me the best of yourself," Connie said.
