Former Big Brother Titans contestant, Juicy Jay, is set to graduate from Nelson Mandela University.

Juicy Jay, real name Siyamthanda Jwacu, is counting down to April 14 when he will be obtaining his diploma in management as his second academic qualification after his higher certificate in business studies.

“It feels so great, I think it's one of my biggest achievements. Outside my rugby achievements this one tops everything, my parents are very proud,” he tells TshisaLIVE.

“My academic journey has been one of the craziest as well, just being a 24-hour athlete, so now it's one of the things I've achieved. I have the hopes that there are great opportunities coming from this.”

An intimate dinner with his close friends and family members in PE is how Juicy Jay plans to celebrate this milestone.

Being a contestant on Big Brother Titans has opened a lot of doors. From his name frequenting trends lists, to getting noticed by different brands and productions, Juicy Jay plans to use fame as leverage to get him into spaces he's always wanted to occupy.

“I'm looking at ways of using the qualifications with my business management skills ... In the long term I'm hoping to open up certain businesses, I've got ideas,” he said.

“I'm also planning to get myself back on the TV screens again, whether it be acting, whether it be sports presenting ... the main thing is to get back on the ruby field as soon as possible. I'm ready to work, I'm going to be putting my best foot forward.”
