'I work and I have my own company' — Gogo Maweni's husband slams misconception about their marriage

Gogo Maweni's husband Sabelo Magube has defended himself against misconceptions about his relationship with the popular sangoma.
During their sit-down on Showmax's Sunday Sexy Love, Sabelo said while many might believe he is living off Gogo Maweni, he does make his own money.
“I work, and I have my own company,” he said.
Being in the limelight, Gogo Maweni's relationship has faced publicly scrutiny and sparked rumours that their marriage is on the rocks.
When celebrating their anniversary in early April at Zuma Restaurant, Gogo Maweni Mokopo reflected on their relationship and their commitment to make it work.
“Everybody said it would end in tears ... The tears have been there but the end is never coming. I don't care what social media says,” she wrote.
Previously gushing over finding the perfect partner, Gogo Maweni spoke of how supportive her husband is.
“He's loving, he's caring and I thank God that he stepped in when I am raising sons ... he's very respectful ... My husband will bend over backwards and frontwards to make sure that I'm OK as much as I would do that for him ... I had to kiss frogs to find him.
“He's the one that wipes my tears every time I cry. He says: 'It's because you're strong, it's because you're powerful, they need to talk about you so that people can listen to them.' I've learnt it's OK.”
