The Constitutional Court is expected to rule on whether Jacob Zuma is guilty of being in contempt of court on Tuesday.

The state capture inquiry has asked that he be sentenced to prison for two years.

This after the former president failed to comply with an earlier order in February to obey the Zondo commission’s summons to appear and give evidence.
