After the Comedy Central roast of AKA nearly shut down the internet this week, the rapper's long-time rival Cassper Nyovest has responded to calls for him to jump on the bandwagon and do a roast of his own.

AKA's roast took place a few weeks ago but was aired on TV screens this week. It drew mixed reactions on social media where fans rushed to share their thoughts on it.

While the jury is still out on whether the panel was great or not, fans have already started drawing up their wishlist of who they want to be roasted next.

Pretty high up that list is Cassper, who faced a tsunami of requests for him to sign on.

But Cassper made it clear that y'all can miss him with that.

The roast came nearly a year after Somizi was roasted on stage by his own panel of celebs and comedians.

Talking on his Metro FM Morning Show with DJ Fresh on Tuesday, Somizi said he had watched AKA's roast and he was not impressed.

"The problem was with my roast the standard was so high," he said before praising some of his panelists and calling it "a toast".

He suspected that AKA had told the panel what topics were off bounds and said if he was on the show Mzansi would have burnt.

"You know where we could have gone? If it was me and you still, the country would still be in mourning."
