TT Mbha reflects on past friendship with Somizi: 'So much has changed'

2022 is the year that saw the much envied friendship between TV host and entrepreneur Thato “TT” Mbha and media personality Somizi Mhlongo fizzle out.

Earlier this year, fans prompted TT to call his former close friend SomG after he reminisced about their friendship. 

In a now deleted Instagram post, TT shared an old Facebook post from 2020 which featured him with his wife, Somizi and the latter's estranged husband Mohale Motaung at a restaurant.             

“My wife just sent me this pic from two years ago today and I honestly didn't know how to respond to her because so much has changed in the past two years. One thing I'm definitely certain about is that life is way too short, so just live your best life,” he captioned the post.

TT Mbha and Somizi used to serve friendship goals on social media, and though it is not clear what the cause of their fallout was, fans are still lamenting their break-up.

Taking to the comment section of the post, fans recalled the great experiences they shared together.

“The way Somizi loved your children was out of this world. Fix things guys, please,” one social media user wrote.

“I honestly hoped for the day you hang out together again because your friendship was special and rare. I hope we will begin to see that soon,” wrote another.
