In a statement shared with TshisaLIVE it was revealed more songs from the Mass Country album had done well.

Dangerous featuring Nadia Nakai and Blxckie, Mbuzi (Freestyle) featuring Thato Saul and Prada featuring Khuli Chana have all been certified Gold, while Company featuring Nigerian record producer KDDO has hit certified Platinum.

Lemons (Lemonade) which features Nasty C has hit certified 4x Platinum since its release in September of 2022.

“Vth Season thanks the Megacy for embracing Mass Country and for ensuring that AKA’s memory lives on. Vth Season, together with the Forbes family are committed to preserving Supa Mega's musical heritage and invite the Megacy to join them in celebrating this momentous occasion,” said Raphael Benza of Vth Season.

In March the late rapper's fourth studio album Mass Country was certified gold following its release on February 24.

“It’s a bittersweet moment to announce AKA latest musical masterpiece Mass Country is certified gold with more than 16-million streams. A certified plaque will be presented soon. This is no small task for a South African artist. Kiernan Forbes is definitely happy and looking down on us with joy that we all keep making his wishes come true,” he told TshisaLIVE

Mass Country manager and co-executive producer Nhlanhla “Nivo” Ndimande said AKA put his all into the album and got to approve all elements before his passing.

“The team was extremely blessed to work so closely on this project with Kiernan. We spent a lot of time mapping out this rollout and creating all the content we have under his direction. Kiernan worked tremendously hard on this project,” he said in a statement shared with TshisaLIVE.
