The world-renowned chef, restaurateur, TV star and author is one of 22 chefs and food personalities taking part in the Durban Good Food & Wine Show on at the Durban Exhibition Centre from Friday 30 October –  Sunday 1 November 2015.

Says Stein: “I’ll be demonstrating dishes such as chicken sumac from my new book, From Venice to Istanbul (BBC Books), as well as a couple of dishes from my India TV series and recipe book, including madras fish curry and prawns molee.”

Sunday Times Food Weekly Editor, Hilary Biller, caught up with the celebrity chef and asked him for his top tips for making that classic British dish: crispy fish and chips - watch the video below.
