The DA leader has never been the sharpest pencil in the case. He is a tone-deaf whiner who lacks the political acumen to read the prevailing mood.

The dramatic surge in Covid-19 infections and deaths requires the imposition of these tough measures if we are to preserve lives and emerge out of this Covid hell. Saving lives and livelihoods is a delicate balancing act that should be left to serious leaders, not loudhailers like Steenhuisen.
