WATCH | Natasha Thahane on A-Reece: I didn’t even want to kiss him

Even though homeboy A-Reece has been spotted in the past loving up to Natasha Thahane, sis says the pair were never an item and she didn't even want to kiss him for a music video.

There was a time when it seemed that every A-Reece music video showed him and Natasha being #LoveGoals and people were convinced that they were a couple. Dude even wrote a song about missing his shot with her so you know that it was real, even if it was a lil one-sided.

But speaking to Lasizwe on Massiv Metro this week, Natasha laid down the facts and said she was just a professional friendzoner.

"I was so good at my job. When people even started believing that I am actually in a relationship with this person. No. Never. I am a professional friendzoner. I didn't even want to kiss him in the first video. The second one, I was like, 'hmmm, okay.' But I am a professional friendzoner."

She also said that it was all business and she didn't want him to catch feelings.

A-Reece was a little more kinder in his analysis of the situation and said the pair would just bump into each other at events and soon hit it off.

"We just bumped into each other genuinely and it's always a nice time because it is Natasha. She is bright. She always has some nice, smart things to say and it always puts me in line," he told Zaziwa earlier this month.
