My favourite TV show: Nat Geo Wild - Caught in the Act

Audrey Nyathi | 25 August, 2010 23:480 Comments

"If there has to be anything exciting to watch on television it must be the National Geographic channel. I enjoy most programmes on this channel, but my favourite is Caught in the Act. It brings you closer to nature because it's not often that you see these animals in real life," says Vusi Moleko.

"I am so addicted to this show that sometimes I argue with my wife if she wants to watch a different programme.

"I have realised my love for animals. I really enjoy learning about them and their survival skills.

"I once watched a disturbing episode where a newly born springbok was attacked by a predator. It is a pity there's no way we can influence what goes on in the wild," says the 36-year-old architect.

Caught In The Act is one of the many programmes on DStv's National Geographic channel that focuses on life in the wild and also reveals some of the strategies used by animals to survive.
