Jackson brothers to headline food and music festival in SA

The Jacksons are set to headline the much-anticipated DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival in October.

The festival will take place over two days between 8-9 October.

This year marks seven years after the death of the King of Pop Michael Jackson at the age of 50 and The Jacksons will take to the stage in SA on Sunday, 9 October.

“October 9th 2016 will be historic: in our 50th anniversary year, it is the first time The Jacksons will unite to perform in South Africa. We couldn’t be more excited to close out the amazing DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival. South Africans are a great musical people and we can’t wait to see Johannesburg come out and rock with us!” said Jackie Jackson.

On Saturday, 8 October, Grammy Award winning Producer/Artist/DJ “Little” Louie Vega will take to the stage.

Another blast from the past headlining the festival on Saturday, will be 90s hip hop group Arrested Development and rap trio De La Soul.

Local acts Mi Casa, Lira and Judith Sephuma will also perform.
