If you thought Britney Spears reserved her dance skills for the stage, think again. Brit showed us that she's just like the rest of us and can break it down at her house.

Posting a video to Instagram, Britney is seen wearing short shorts and a crop top, giving fans a glimpse of her banging body.

She captioned the video: "It's been a while since I've cut loose."
