It's been just over three months since rally driver Gugu Zulu died while climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
His wife Letshego constantly posts messages on her social media account about how much she misses her Gugs.
On Thursday night she attended her first event without him and she had to put on a brave face.
"Black Business Quarterly Awards 2016 .My 1st event without him by my side (in person). #MissedButNeverForgotten," she captioned a picture of herself.
The couple took part in the expedition together as part of a group attempting to raise funds and awareness for girls who can't afford sanitary pads.
Letshego has described how she ran next to her husband as they rushed him down the mountain. She was at his side for 8 hours before they made it down and got him to hospital.
He died of altitude sickness.
