Kwesta sets the record straight on drug claims

Ngud’ hitmaker Kwesta has come out guns blazing against claims that he uses drugs‚ this after a video of him in studio with Pearl Thusi and Phat Joe on Metro FM went viral. Social media users took aim at Kwesta for allegedly appearing to be “high.”Speaking to Daily Sun‚ Kwesta‚ real name Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi‚ revealed that he‚ nor anyone from his clique take drugs. “I do not do drugs and neither does anyone in my crew. I do not like people who spread lies‚” he said.He continued to explain why he was slurring during his interview on Metro FM on Saturday morning‚ revealing that he was performing at Taboo in Sandton at 04:00 and his interview on Metro FM was at 07:00.“I was performing at Taboo in Sandton where Afro-pop duo Mafikizolo was having an event.
