These mollycoddled prima donnas seem constantly to be at rest.

International rugby players are professional athletes who spend most of their working days conditioning their bodies to withstand the knocks of the sport.

If they can't handle three or four games a month, they should get out of the kitchen.

After the ageing Springboks' recent poor TriNations performance, it is vital that the players are exposed to as much top-level match play as possible to sort the wheat from the chaff and settle on the best possible squad for the 2011 World Cup.
